Tennessee Wildlife Refuge Bunkhouse
Project Description
The Fish and Wildlife Service awarded a $445,083 design-build contract to W4 Construction Group for a new bunkhouse in the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge. The previous bunkhouse was demolished and replaced by a new, four bedroom, two bathroom bunkhouse with central living space and communal kitchen. The Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge is home to hundreds of species of animals including multiple endangered species which require additional protection from construction activities. W4 Construction Group expertly navigated the additional requirements and restrictions to ensure the local wildlife would not be disrupted during construction.
